Community Partners

Our family of faith seeks to be the light of Jesus among families, friends, neighbors, co-workers, schoolmates, and acquaintances across our region and the world.  Our desire is to reflect God’s love and hope through His son, Jesus Christ offering to everyone the opportunity to God personally.

Humboldt Helping Hand – Sugar Creek members participate Christian community clothes and food distribution center for the less fortunate by providing needed items each month, volunteering to sort clothes, organizing the food pantry and store, and financially through our Ministry Plan.  Phone: (731) 824-1757.

Vacation Bible School  is a week long children’s summer event with Bible study, missions, crafts, and recreation for children who have finished 1st – 5th grades. Contact person: kathleeng@sugarcreek.church

Missions Involvement Day – On the Saturday before Thanksgiving Day, our family of faith infiltrates our community showing acts of kindness and sharing the message of Christ.  Each year we reach out to the communities in our region as church families connect and share God’s love through various methods.

Birth Choice Pregnancy Resource Clinic, Trenton, TN – Sugar Creek partners with this ministry who helps over 700 young women each year deal with a crisis pregnancy.  These women receive compassionate, godly counseling and the ability to see their babies through the amazing technology of ultrasound.  An astounding 70 percent of the women who come into Birth Choice considering abortion, leave the clinic planning to give birth to their children. CWJC- Christian Women’s Job Corp, Trenton, TN
The purpose of CWJC®, provides a Christian context in which women in need are equipped for life and employment; and a missions context in which women help women. Women receive training in life skills and job readiness. Often computer skills are taught as well. Each ministry is customized to meet the needs of the participants and their community. Bible study is a big part of the training. CWJC is located in Trenton and needs volunteers who will mentor, train, and supply work clothes for these women.  Contact number: 731-855-3305
